Cooking classes oaxaca...La casa de los moles- 100% hands on cooking class.
Esperanza the teacher is a zapotec third generation traditional cook not a chef.
Regular price=$1,350 pesos per person.
Deposit is not nesesary we prefer to trust the word of good people!
Drinks- soft drinks, botles of water Also our family mezcal Artezanal- mezcal tasting- maguey azul 100% agabe.
This is a example what you can do in one class= 1 hot table souce-guacamole one antojito, Also you can make one of our best moles=Black or Red mole with chicken y postre.
Our class it is about 5hrs.
We run only one class a day- Please feel free and choose the best time for you!!
Hours- Any day- 9am to 2pm 10am to 3pm.... 11am 4pm..... 12noon to 5pm- 1pm to 6pm......2pm to 7pm
Min size class 2 people max size class 6 people in one class
Groups of travelers 8people will be not a problem!

After you guys meet Esperanza before going to the markets she will offer you diferent optioms you can choose for your class!
NOTE- entering our ktchen requires going up spiral stares, cud be dificult for people with moviity issues very lurch people also for very old people!
For any reason to cancel your class or cancel one spot please let me know at least 18 hrs before the class or if you cancel your class few hours before we will spect you will pay the full price!
NOTE.... we will not send you the recipies by email. becouse at the end of the class you will take the recipies with you and it will be your 5 hours sperience i
